Hello, I’m Abhijit, a seasoned product designer based in Sharjah, UAE. Currently I’m busy rethinking the future of aviation products in ISA (Part of Air Arabia), making them frictionless, simple and effective
As a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA™) from Human Factors International and a Commercial Artist (Applied Arts) from Pune, India, I bring a unique blend of technical and creative skills to my work.
Over the past five years, I’ve led a UX team at ISA, focusing on making aviation products like airline booking engines, aircraft and crew management systems user-friendly for millions. My experience includes managing product discoveries, envisioning roadmaps, and achieving significant ROI through effective UX strategies.

With 13 years in design, including a decade in UX across industries such as airlines, finance, healthcare, and telecommunications, I balance creativity with practicality. I’ve consistently delivered visually appealing and functional projects that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.
Outside of work, I’m a father of two who enjoys spending time with my kids and riding my Royal Enfield. My passion for sketching and user advocacy drives me to create impactful products, blending personal and professional experiences to push the boundaries of design.
