My Journey
A Glimpse Into My Design Journey
As a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International and a Commercial Artist by education, I bring a blend of structured UX thinking, visual craft, and practical product understanding to my work.
Over the years, I have worked across airlines, finance, healthcare, and telecommunications, designing products from early discovery to refined delivery. My experience includes understanding business needs, simplifying complex workflows, aligning with stakeholders, supporting teams, and shaping design solutions that are useful, scalable, and realistic to build.
A large part of my work is about understanding real operational pressure, simplifying complex journeys, and helping teams make clearer product decisions. I enjoy connecting business needs with user realities and shaping experiences that feel practical, reliable, and easy to use.
Outside of work, I enjoy sketching, fitness, and spending time with my family. I’m also continuing to learn AI and machine learning, with an interest in how emerging technology can support better product decisions and user experiences.
